The M80 Ring Road Completion project is underway in Melbourne's north east and is set to bring jobs to the community. From the M80-Plenty Road interchange to the North East Link tunnel entrance at Watsonia, this huge project is due for completion in 2028. The project is about more than upgrading roads; it provides our team with the opportunity to grow their careers on a city-shaping project.

Flexible work
ACCIONA prioritises flexibility, offering tailored work schedules to accommodate individual needs. Our options include Core Flexibility for remote work and Elective Flexibility for formal arrangements, with opportunities for job-sharing also available. Your manager can assist in finding the right fit for you.
Care for you and your family
Our project has your family covered with our project's vacation care programs tailored for both young kids and teens. Additionally, ACCIONA offers a $299 rebate on childcare expenses for children aged 0 to 5 years. Take care of yourself too with our $100 wellness benefit, which can be used for various exercise activities, weight management programs, or quitting smoking. And don't forget, the Employee Assistance Program is accessible to you and your immediate family whenever support is needed.
Gender neutral parental leave
We offer a gender-inclusive parental leave policy, granting 12 weeks of paid leave after 12 months of service, all while your leave continues to grow. Employees can adjust their leave within policy conditions, and we provide career re-entry assistance for a smoother return to work. Additionally, we offer a $300 travel allowance for pregnancy appointments, and adoptive parents receive 2 days of unpaid leave pre-adoption.
Respect for cultural practices
ACCIONA’s Significance Leave recognises the diverse cultural and religious practices of our employees, providing an extra day off per year for those not acknowledged by public holidays in Australia and New Zealand. This inclusive policy ensures all employees, regardless of their role or background, can observe events like NAIDOC Week, Diwali, Eid, and others. It's a flexible way for everyone to honour their cultural and religious traditions while promoting inclusivity in the workplace.
